Creative thinking / design decisions
Short-form beverage content needs to communicate its personality almost immediately. For RIO Hydration, the creative direction called for playful, product-led moments that could hold attention in a fast-moving social feed.
I treated pacing, imagery, typography, and motion as one visual system. Rather than relying on movement alone, each composition needed a recognizable product focus and enough contrast for the key idea to register quickly.
Across the reel, digital ad, and Scrabble-inspired concept, the emphasis shifts between product imagery and playful storytelling. The variety creates different entry points while keeping the content aligned with RIO's energetic social presence.
My contribution through BEHOLD Agency includes developing and editing digital creative, working with image treatments, compositing, typography, and motion, and incorporating creative feedback. The aim was to make the final pieces feel purposeful, not just busy.
Motion is most effective when it supports the message. The goal was to make each piece feel lively while keeping the product and idea easy to recognize.
